I woke up on Tuesday 14th November 2017 and decided to set myself a new life goal. I must’ve been dreaming about travelling or maybe I was still partly delusional and recovering from my super-short weekend trip to Belgium on which I had no sleep but I decided to give myself something exciting to look forward to.
I want to visit 30 different countries before I turn 30.
It’s so cliché but there is so much to see in the world. So much we can learn from different cultures and places that it would be a shame to not even attempt to get out there and have these experiences.
I’ve been working pretty much full-time since I was 19 years old so learnt how to work hard and play harder! What’s a better way to escape the office then jet off on holiday somewhere?
At the moment I’m 25 years old and I have visited 15 countries which means I’ve got 5 years to see 15 more countries… doable right?
Saying that it took me 25 years to do 15 so I have some major travelling to do!
Luckily (given the current political climate I don’t know how lucky this actually is) I live in England so there are lots of countries I could tick off that are no more than 3 hours away. Any countries I must get to?
So far I’ve been to:
- India
- United Arab Emirates
- Turkey
- Tunisia
- Jordan
- Tanzania
- Saudi Arabia
- Oman
- Spain
- France
- Switzerland (UNHQ)
- Belgium
- The Netherlands
- Bahrain
- Hungary
- Malawi
- Ethiopia
- Italy
- Vatican City (it’s a separate state so it counts okay LOL! )
- UK (obvz I live here)
In the last year, I’ve been to 8 different places so over the next few weeks I’ll be sharing some short reviews, pictures and my experiences of all these places.
Signing out with my favourite quote ever…
“Travelling – it leaves you speechless then turns you into a storyteller.” Ibn Batuta

you’re one beautiful lady! and this is lovely! the picture!
